Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Brooklyn Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely. Brooklyn Candle Studio has no control over delivery delays due to customs

Anything ordered will ship within 2 or 3 weeks unless otherwise indicated by our sales team.

If you'd like to smell our scents, we are happy to provide tealight samples upon request—just let us know your shipping address and we can send along!
T E S T E R S
One of each tester can be purchased at half off wholesale price if at least a case of one scent is purchased. Please inquire if you would like testers.
G E N E R A L R E T U R N P O L I C Y
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
